Mission:

NAS Recruitment Innovation, a newly acquired company by M3 USA, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The mission of the Business Development Executive is to generate new business for NAS Recruitment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and expanding NAS’s revenue by offering the solutions, products, and software available to best fit the company’s needs. Your duties will include engaging with prospects at an enterprise level, demonstrating and exhibiting products, and crafting creative solutions. This is the ideal role for someone who is driven by their own success, goal oriented, and resilient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Prospect and sell to major or enterprise level new clients both in defined territory and across network
  • Act as a “business owner” for defined sales region by developing strategies for both marketing approaches, territory prospecting, and partnership building
  • Thought leadership through speaking engagements, trade show presence, blogging, and hosting NAS product solution webinars
  • Communicate client needs, competitive insight and market trends to marketing team and upper management
  • Meet target digital and core revenue goals through solutions-based selling to prospects
  • Achieve revenue goals through the ability to teach for differentiation, tailor approach as required and take control of the sale
  • Acts as an advisor as related to acquisition and integration related to sales and marketing
  • Available to provide input in hiring and training decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment/Recruitment Marketing/SaaS/Human Resource Industry
  • Industry expertise/relationships a definite plus
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota’s
  • Ability to communicate value to potential buyer that drives decision
  • Ability to sell complex technology solutions with a consultative methodology
  • Ability to understand customer thinking and offer unique perspectives as solution
  • Tenacity and drive to encourage decisions
  • Ability to comprehend customers value and economic drivers through strong reasoning ability
  • 5+ plus years consultative sales experience
  • Effective communicator, internal and external, with strong presentation skills
