What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
We are seeking a senior member for Aledade’s Business Intelligence team to provide thought leadership and high quality analytical support for our Risk or Clinical Services functions.
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Engineering, and leadership to ensure the team is enabled to drive Aledade’s outcomes. You will drive collaboration with senior stakeholders, own the success of high visibility projects, proactively surface insights from complex data sets to drive business strategy, ensure we have the data necessary to track performance against company goals, and help set process and data strategy with a set of skilled analysts that report to you.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading business analytics teams, managing senior stakeholders for projects that drive business outcomes, and a strong technical background across data architecture, aggregation, analysis, and data-driven storytelling. Candidates should have an interest in leveraging healthcare claims, billing, and utilization data to transform the healthcare system – with an emphasis on value-based care.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Own the success of high visibility projects, and ensure we have the people, processes and products necessary to drive meaningful outcomes
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Aledade to set strategy, plan roadmaps, execute on multiple projects, and ensure that relevant BI insights are integrated into the decision making process of all relevant teams and the company as a whole
- Synthesize actionable, impactful business insights from a data-sets that includes clinical, billing, and scheduling data from Electronic Health Records, Insurers, and Health Information Exchanges, covering more than 2 million patients in 40+ states
- Build or manage the development of interactive data visualizations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses that help drive decision making for our embedded teams
- Conceive of, implement and maintain scalable data solutions that simplify reporting, expand access to insights, and support ongoing analysis
- Manage a team of data doers, translating high level goals into tactical strategy while keeping the big picture at the front of the team’s mind
About You:
- You have 2+ years of experience managing a team of Analysts
- You have 5+ years of experience in an Analytics function, preferably in value-based healthcare, with a track record of leading successful initiatives end to end
- You are an excellent communicator and leader with the ability to succinctly distill complex analyses into high level insights, using data to tell a story that drives business strategy
- You have excellent quantitative analysis abilities, grounded in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, healthcare analytics or related field
- You are experienced in advanced data management and data manipulation, with strong SQL programming background and experience building and maintaining data tables to support analysis
- You have experience building data products in Tableau (or other similar business intelligence software)
- You have experience with healthcare data sources such as claims, electronic health record, event notification, clinical, and patient reported data
- You have intense attention to detail and data quality assurance
- You think beyond your immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
