About Us:
Brightline is on a mission to build a bright future for every child, bringing extraordinary behavioral health care to children and families.
We’re in the middle of a behavioral health crisis that we can’t ignore—especially not when it comes to our children. 1 in every 5 children has a behavioral health condition, yet up to 80% still get little or no help. Far too many families face insurmountable barriers when their child really needs help, and parents are too often left feeling alone and without the support they need. We can do so much better. That’s why we’re here!
When you join Brightline, you’re joining a team that has an unstoppable drive to change the lives of families across the country. We’re a team of thoughtful problem-solvers, expert and kind clinicians, and experienced operators and technologists. Above all, we’re committed to helping each other succeed, learn, and grow—all while bringing care to families when, where, and how they need it.
No matter what you’re looking for in your next role, we’re pretty confident that you’ll #FindItAtBrightline.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional team member to help us drive the strategic expansion of Brightline’s offering into new care modalities, populations, and domains. In this highly cross-functional role, you will report to our Director of Care Strategy and partner closely with stakeholders across our Clinical, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.
As Care Strategy Manager at Brightline, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives focused on evolving our model to best meet the diverse needs of kids, teens, and families at scale. Your work will directly enable the expansion of our addressable market and topline growth in our business, while also supporting industry-transforming innovation, best-in-class clinical outcomes, and unparalleled experiences for our members.
As a Care Strategy manager, here are the kinds of projects you might work on:
- Assess new care modalities against our strategic framework to inform a recommendation on where and how we invest in expanding our offering. Assessment likely includes:
- Conduct research on industry trends and review clinical literature to surface evidence-based practices
- Partner with care team members across coaching, therapy and psychiatry to gather feedback on new care modalities and understand provider experience
- Execute user research in partnership with our Design team to understand perceptions, behaviors, and beliefs among families
- Support the design and execution of a pilot program to test a new innovation in our care model in close collaboration with clinical, product, and operations counterparts
- Bring strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to our partner teams as we work together to innovate on our care model. For example:
- Analyze historical data on member engagement and clinical outcomes across our care offerings and establish monitoring processes as new care offerings are piloted
- Collaborate with Marketing to build a compelling go-to-market strategy for a new or evolved care offering
- Partner with Product and Operations to bring new strategies to life through a seamless launch and continuous improvement process
- Serve as a thought partner to Programs and Content on the development of new and impactful care content and programs
- Co-create a strategic build-buy-partner evaluation framework that enables Brightline to identify gaps in our current offering and pursue investments that can accelerate our growth
- Synthesize historical member engagement data and devise strategies to optimize the ways in which teens engage with and benefit from our content, coaching, and care programs
- Support the identification and shaping of new strategic partnerships that enhance our ability to serve members across a range of needs at scale
