Job Description

At Sanctum, we’re looking for an experienced and versatile Chief Operating Officer to
work on our project – Dreamsmaker.

Our ideal candidate has experience overseeing the structuring the company, structuring
of the company, team coordination with our marketing and developing partners, a
seamless flow of information, legal and financial compliance and a healthy culture.

Role responsibilities:
 Operating and running regular team meetings
 Help ensure strategic and realistic long-term planning informed by the needs of
the team, and break down long-term targets into short-term objectives
 Ensure that the internal operations of the organization run smoothly and that
processes are put in place to deliver performance and achieve goals
 Handle regular reporting to executives, BoD, global stakeholders and key project
PoCs
 Employ various initiatives to coach employees, optimize their performance and
grow the management team’s capabilities
 Spearhead strategies and cross-functional projects that steer the company’s
future in a positive direction for regulatory compliance, user-centric growth and
operation efficiency
 Understand the company's products and users through data, formulate
improvement plans, activate or expand user growth channels, and promote user
growth and activity
 Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances
etc.)

Education and Experience:
 2 years experience in COO role
 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 Deep understanding of the gaming industry and marketing for games.
 Experience in marketing in gaming/crypto/Fintech space.
 Deep understanding of blockchain aspects

Skills Required:
 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
 Can work at a very fast pace on multiple projects
 Ability to work to very tight deadlines

 Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to meet company needs
 Organization and planning
 Team Player
 Proactive
 High Energy
 Diligent with high attention to detail
 Willing to go the extra mile
