About the Role:
Commercial Counsel, Procurement
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented inbound contracts counsel with experience with vendor and service provider contracting. This role will focus on reviewing, negotiating and approving vendor, service provider, supplier, and inbound purchasing agreements.
This position is open to remote candidates located in Pacific Timezones.
You must be able to:
- Review, revise, negotiate, revise and approve a wide variety of contracts, including marketing and HR agreements (lead generation, recruiting and staffing agreements, sponshorship agreements); master and professional service agreement; and other purchasing agreements and related documents such as statements of work, insertion orders, order forms, and NDAs.
- Advise and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and other business units teams regarding associated risks applicable vendor onboarding and purchases, and where necessary obtain approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of contract templates, frameworks, and process improvements.
What You’ll Need:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. Law School.
- 5+ years of experience working with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on the purchase of a variety of inbound products, services, and technology; and knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
- Strong background with procurement, acquisition, and purchasing.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage large, complex service and product agreements with a variety of vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, team-oriented mentality and a sense of humor.
- Our legal team is completely distributed. Therefore, you must be able to thrive working remotely from home.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $125,000 – $200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
