Summary/Objective:

Join the R-Zero team to build an industry leading community, giving our customers and the industry a platform to discuss the healthy buildings movement and how air quality and automated disinfection helps people to thrive. Our community will highlight and discuss new research, consider new technologies that power health people and organizations – and most importantly inspire learning, engagement and wonder.

A strong candidate is an excellent writer, evangelist and feels very comfortable in front of a camera or in the front of the room. While a scientific understanding is deeply important it is not an academic role. As the community manager you will build relationships across the company gathering internal and external feedback to understand the pulse and voice of the community and contribute in a variety of spaces and places.

If you have run a virtual community at scale and built a thriving community from the ground up we would love to talk to you.

During the first quarter, you will work to gain an understanding of R-Zero’s mission, vision, and people, and you will use these insights to develop a community engagement strategy — all the while building high-value connections with awareness of community topics, needs and areas of curiosity. You will take this learning and build the community strategy and virtual engagement platform to help us set up our community, this will be a virtual community of leaders across healthcare, education, corporate environment as well as academics, scientists, and technologists all united to create a healthier world of indoor spaces.

You will take the lead in driving and planning virtual events, workshops, content, videos and other engagement opportunities. You will explore which key performance indicators to track so that we can meaningfully measure engagement, participation, feedback, and usage of our community efforts.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10 years experience building virtual community and driving engagement
  • Excellent conversational writer and presenter
  • Extensive knowledge in healthy buildings movement and research
  • Ability to bounce from strategy to execution with ease

Travel

This position may require up to 20% domestic travel.
