Dealerlogix is a global company with employees working remotely in multiple countries and currently serving dealerships in the United States and Canada.


Configuration Specialist is a position within Dealerlogix which requires data collection, data entry, telephone skills, and the ability to work through webcasts, while paying attention to detail, and maintaining a helpful attitude with our customers. Although we work with car dealerships, knowledge of cars is not a requirement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry including site preparation
  • Scheduling and attending conference calls with customers
  • Interaction with customers to ensure documents are received
  • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
  • Various team projects to maintain configuration timelines
