What will you do as Customer Success Functional Manager?

  • Pre-Project Assessment, support the Functional Lead in defining the Statement-of-Work for a Customer Deployment
    Project, specifically focused on the functional scope.
  • Initiate: support the creation of the Project Plan and kick-off.
  • Activate: support the integration manager in the activities to ensure the RGM platform gets prepared with data and will be ready for configuration.
  • Configure: accountable for all the steps required to configure the functional scope of the SOW (blueprint train, secure customer decisions, apply & validate configuration, and document).
  • Launch: accountable for training the customers trainers, supporting cut-over and go-live and responsible for hypercare
    and handing over to Customer Engagement.
  • Project Management: support the Project Manager in executing, planning and management of the project.

Requirements

To be SUCCESSFUL – Are you ready to excel with us?

  • You have experience (min 5-10 years) working with or for a global CPG / FMCG company and/or with a CPG trade solution provider supporting a Trade Promotion Management/Optimization (TPM/TPO/TPX) software solution; 
  • You have TPM software implementation experience with a market leading TPM solution (*required).
  • You have deep knowledge of related CPG go-to-market commercial processes (trade promotions, sales agreement, sales force automation, revenue management, retail execution, etc.), drivers, and best practices.
  • You have experience with Trade Promotions or Demand planning or other modules within a CPG / FMCG company;  
  • You know how to successfully collaborate and align with development teams;
  • You understand how to achieve and maintain customer happiness;
  • You enable innovation by truly understanding our clients’ needs and translating them into ideas for new solutions.
