As a rapidly growing company, we are looking to build out a new team of Customer Success Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their overall success on the platform and providing the knowledge/tools needed to see the full value our product can provide to best optimize their goals. These relationships with our customers will ultimately lead to increased customer satisfaction, retention and growth for SnackMagic.
