Role description

We are looking for a full time Customer Support Specialist in our Riga office, supporting our customers in the US time zone (working hours: from 16:00 – 01:00).

Your job responsibilities will include:
- Being an essential part and closely collaborating with the Support team in Riga, Budapest and San Francisco
- Supporting customers across all support channels: closed (email, chat, phone) & public (social, forum)
- Being Prezi’s ambassador and expert – knowing the ins and outs of the tool
- Help, nurture and teach users with the goal of making them happy and active Prezi users
- Answering user questions in an empathetic way with a real desire to help
- Answering user questions effectively by providing accurate answers and solutions to their problems, concerns, and feedback
- Collaborating with other Prezi teams to ensure customer and product satisfaction
- Following the team’s communication policies, guidelines, workflows
- Taking feedback and improving your performance based on learnings
- Following and meeting your key performance metrics
- Proactively following Prezi product updates and releases
- Qualifying sales opportunities while talking to our users
You’ll enjoy this role if:
- You have experience in customer support
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- You’re good at computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products, you have a keen interest in the technical aspect of support.
- You have basic web troubleshooting skills
- You’re eager to learn and are open to receiving and implementing feedback
- You’re a team player
- You can work independently and can manage your time
- You feel comfortable handling high-pressure situations
- You’re motivated, energetic, and have a good work ethic
- You’re enthusiastic about explaining and teaching people how to use Prezi and how they can benefit from the tool
- You’re empathetic, can easily step into other people’s shoes and have a positive personality
- You’re willing to work with public channels (social, forum)
- You’re able to tackle the challenges of remote work or have worked remotely before
Bonus if you have…
- Previous work experience in the SaaS industry or tech
- Familiarity with Data visualisation tools
- Experience working in a remote work environment
