We have a great opportunity for an experienced Director, Demand Marketing to manage Visier’s integrated campaigns, email and online marketing programs in support of the company’s rapid growth objectives. You’ll manage a team dedicated to planning and executing engaging campaigns with exponential reach using best-in-class marketing techniques and tools to target the pragmatic buyer and surround the buying unit. You will be a critical leader within the revenue marketing organization, which is responsible for generating pipeline in partnership with sales to support Visier’s growth initiatives.  You and your team will work closely with product marketing, event marketing, digital experience, field marketing and content marketing to bring strategies to life through innovative marketing programs and campaigns.

What you’ll be doing…

 
  • You will engage with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to develop segment marketing strategies and campaign execution plans that engage target accounts, accelerate buying unit development, and pipeline through the funnel. 
  • Your direct team will consist of digital marketing and lifecycle marketing, focused on building campaigns and tracking the performance of those campaigns against specific goals.
  • Work with your team and extended marketing teams to develop and refine demand generation strategies that target strategic markets and support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Analyze performance and identifying areas of opportunity for improved collaboration, increased agility, and refined messaging and campaign tactics
  • Interface with Field Marketing teams to ensure strong pull through of target account engagement and development of ABM campaigns
  • Managing spend against targets, prioritizing resource allocation in support of segment strategies, business priorities, and marketing goals
  • Be the expert in buyer needs and challenges across the buyer journey, translating those into personalized communications and targeted campaigns, with the goal to educate the buyers and accelerate their buying cycle
  • Own select paid program channels (e.g. content syndication, online advertising, direct marketing) from vendor management, communications, program set up in Marketo, their execution and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation

    What you’ll bring to the table…

     
  • 5+ years marketing experience, in a B2B technology/software environment
  • 2+ year Marketo or similar experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience an asset
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company an asset
