Your Title: Customer Sales Director, Enterprise

Job Location: US – Remote

Are you a sales professional passionate about guiding teams and motivated by customer success and hold expertise in building rapport with various stakeholders?

What You Will Do

As a Director, Migration Sales, you will guide the Migration Sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals by bringing success to our customers and deepening their relationship with Viewpoint and its suite of products. This position will consist of managing, mentoring, and developing a team while developing and implementing sales and go-to-market strategies that meet/exceed overall corporate goals for this team. As a result, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring key sales pipeline and performance indicators to ensure financial goals, and conducting regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis.

  • Partner with the sales enablement team to continuously improve the sales processes to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as partner with marketing to ensure go-to-market and awareness strategies are effective to drive pipeline and bookings
  • Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, legal, senior management, and/or C-level executives
  • Sell to multiple stakeholders, including the executive level, selling against P/L, negotiating, presenting, and closing. Negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction in all deals.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 4-8 years of experience of demonstrated success as a leader within a software company (SaaS preferred) environment.
  • Strong ability to direct, influence, and inspire the sales team.
  • Consultative/execution relationship-building selling skills. Highly adept at contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in work performed.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills working with a CRM management tool, Salesforce preferred.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Construction experience (in any capacity) is a plus.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates that are current people managers or 5+ years of sales team management experience.
