Code.org® is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to computer science in schools and increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups. Code.org is looking for a Director of Product Management who is passionate about building world class user experiences and products that deliver the most popular K-12 Computer Science curriculum to students around the world! In this role you will drive a suite of products used by students, teachers, partner organizations, curriculum writers, and administrators all in service of teaching students Computer Science. This suite includes our teacher dashboard, our student programming tools (e.g. App Lab, Game Lab, Sprite Lab), Hour of Code activities, curriculum building tools, teacher and administrator tools, and much more. You will be leading a team of dedicated Product Managers and partnering closely with the engineering, design, data, support, curriculum, and marketing teams.
WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE?
Step 1: Informational Interview – learn more about the role and share your experience (~30 minutes) Step 2: Homework (~1-2 hours) Step 3: Interviews with several members of the Code.org team (~4 hours) Step 4: Final Interview + Meet & Greet with 2-3 members of the Code.org team (~1 hour) Step 5: Reference Checks
