What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The Ads and Business Products Programs Team supports the growth of the Ads and Business Products (ABP) organization through immersive customer stories and learning experiences. This role manages and delivers programs to support our product builders globally (Design, Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, Research, Product Marketing, etc.). At Meta, product teams are passionate about people and businesses who use our products. In this role, you will design, develop and deliver programs (onboarding, manager development, business education) to help ABP employees build a comprehensive understanding of the products and experiences they build for people and businesses.

Education Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Customize and deliver global education programs in alignment with product and engineering groups specific goals
  • Conceptualize, develop, manage, and prioritize global programs independently and with appropriate levels of urgency
  • Proactively manage cross functional relationships with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to identify gaps within ABP teams
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand program performance and develop creative solutions
  • Regularly assess the needs of our target audiences and their managers to propose and develop new, scalable learning solutions that address their needs
  • Curate content that provides innovative, engaging experiences for the ABP audience
  • Develop the teaching skills among subject matter experts (SMEs) to continually improve delivery skills and support development of creative ways to educate the target audience
  • Coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple projects and teams
  • This role may require up to 15% international travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience working in ads/technology industry and/or 5+ years in program management/Learning & Development, instructional design
  • Experience managing diverse relationships with experience influencing stakeholders (leadership, managers, SMEs, participants)
  • Experience delivering program excellence, including conducting strategic needs analysis, program design, management, execution, and measurement
  • Experience managing multiple learning programs at the same time and leveraging program management systems/processes to keep complex/parallel work-streams moving forward
  • Experience thriving in ambiguity and enjoys working in an ever-changing organization
  • BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tech, Ad tech, Ad sales
  • Experience working with or being on HR teams
  • Advanced degree in Advertising/Communications
