About You

We are looking for a seasoned but scrappy sales executive in the HR tech/Human Capital space that sees what we see in JobGet as the future of hiring in the hourly market. The world is moving fast and candidates are on the go. We meet them and put client opportunities where they spend countless hours, on their mobile devices. Do you have experience in evangelizing new platforms and breaking into talent acquisition teams at a high level in F1000/Franchise 1000? Deep Talent/Recruitment leader rolodex and understanding of a complex buying cycle? Understand the ins and outs of performance and programatic ad platforms and players?

 

Considerations

  • 2+ years of Enterprise sales
  • A college degree or relevant work experience in HR technology or HCM space
  • A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
  • Territory and account management as well as buyer alignment
  • Critical problem solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections
  • Enjoy being on a team and seeing-helping everyone succeed

  • Strong self-starter abilities maybe from a previous life in a start-up environment
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
