What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Contra is all about transforming the future of independent work. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing team and help us create systems that improve the workflow for our leadership team.

How you’ll add value at Contra:

    • Supporting and working alongside the Head of Operations, Zoë and the Head of Product, Allison
    • Proactively manage, assess, and predict the day-to-day needs to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
    • Seamlessly manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities
    • Use good judgment in setting work priorities, planning and organizing workload in the midst of interruptions and changing priorities
    • Project manage a variety of professional and personal initiatives through self-motivation, clear communication, and complete follow-through
    • Organize and execute company wide and function specific events/meetups
    • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

You’ll be successful here if you:

    • Thrive in a remote-first environment
    • Are located in the EST timezone
    • Are fluent in verbal and written English
    • Ability to calmly work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision

Salary Range

    • $110k – $140k USD
    • Equity Value Range: $72k – $180k USD

    • Interview #1 Interview with Zoë Colivas, Head of Operations (30-45 minutes)
    • Interview #2 Interview with Allison Nulty, Head of Product (30-45 minutes)
    • Interview #3 Interview with Carol Oliveira, Executive Assistant to the Founders (20-30 minutes)
