The Path Forward Return to Work program at Arista Networks is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. About the Role: 

The Financial Analyst will play an integral role within the Operations Finance team. Members of the Operations Finance team serve as the Business Partner and provide Finance support as necessary to Arista. 
At Arista, we have a hybrid work model with an expectation that team members will be in the office 3 days a week both during the returnship and if converted into a full-time role at the conclusion of the returnship.

Job Description

  • Provide Finance support for monthly and quarterly close and forecast related activities
  • Track, reconcile and report the Aged WIP financials for the Contract Manufacturers in Asia
  • Work closely with the Operations team for establishing cycle count process and SOX controls for the new Contract Manufacturing sites as well as review cycle count results for existing sites
  • Review inventory locations and ensure compliance for controls and reserve adequacy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or Finance.
  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or other relevant body qualified
  • 7+ years of Finance experience with preferably 4+ years of Costing/ Inventory experience in a mid to large size technology hardware company.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory flow, operations process, and manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or other relevant body certification 
  • 4+ years of Costing/Inventory experience preferably in a technology company

The role is open to remote candidates. Employees at or near one of the Arista Networks  office locations will have the option to (and will be encouraged to) go into the office as needed
