On March 31, 2022 we celebrated the one year anniversary of the Casper blockchain mainnet launch Now, it’s time to scale — and we’re looking to add world-class engineers, marketers, and operators to our team.


Blockchain technology is estimated by Gartner to be a $1.5 trillion (not billion) market by 2025 and $3 trillion by 2030. Business applications of blockchain solutions across multiple industries will make up the bulk of new adoption, giving Casper blockchain and CasperLabs a first mover advantage.

The co-founders and team of engineers built the most technologically advanced blockchain for business and underpinning this enterprise-grade technology is CasperLabs, a professional services and support team made up of experienced technology leaders. It is their mission to help steward business adoption of blockchain solutions built on Casper while maintaining and evolving the technology.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager/Technical Recruiter to help us to continue building the strongest team in the industry. This position is strategically important for CasperLabs and requires highly skilled candidates eager to develop top class recruiting and selection strategies as well as to take on the challenge of hunting for talent in a highly competitive job market.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Investigate, determine and define in detail hiring needs
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies relevant to the specific group of positions
  • Identify the most efficient ways of attracting potential candidates to CasperLabs job offers
  • Run recruitment projects according to the company’s hiring process; plan and conduct recruitment and selection activities (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Perform direct search projects to acquire best talent from the industry using LinkedIn recruiter software as well as social media such as gitHub, Discord, etc.
  • Select and supervise external recruiting services providers to ensure the best possible service and execution
  • Present job offers to the final candidates and find a common ground between candidates’ expectations and company’s compensation practices
  • Take all necessary steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Design and execute employer branding strategies, develop company’s EVP, lead employment branding initiatives
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Build and develop an internship program with collaboration with selected schools
  • Measure and track talent acquisition KPIs and identify areas of improvement
  • Build sustainable talent pools by creating extraordinary relationships with most talented candidates
  • Supervise the talent acquisition software platforms and other recruitment and selection tools
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and address them


What is required to succeed?

  • The ideal candidate will have successful track record of leading talent acquisition processes in mature organizations as well as hands-on experience in recruiting Software Developers; experience in blockchain industry would be an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience; experience in both big corporate and enterprise startup is a plus
  • Strong ability to understand technical nuances of software company’s jobs; knowledge about at least basics of information technologies and programming languages
  • High level of skills in building a comprehensive candidate profile in line with the needs of the hiring manager and the entire organization
  • Experience in designing customized selection processes, corresponding to the role requirements and ensuring the most effective level of candidate selection
  • A strong track record of being both strategy and execution-oriented; ability to generalize and think in a process-oriented way combined with the willingness to take personal responsibility for the implementation
  • Experience and passion for working with LinkedIn recruiter and internal talent acquisition integrated platforms. Ability to maximize the potential of the available software
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; effective in managing relationship with candidates and internal clients
  • High level competency in organizing and planning multiple projects and activities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills
  • Data and insight driven approach. Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Proactive, energetic and relentless towards driving progress and succeed
  • Readiness to work across multiple cultures and time zones
