Harper Wilde is seeking a performance-focused Growth Marketing Coordinator to help support our Growth team and assist in managing and testing key acquisition channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day functions of the Growth team across key performance channels
- Support weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting requests for overall marketing performance
- Work closely with Growth Marketing Managers to test new channels across
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop and execute new ad concepts
- Monitor campaign KPIs regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies
Requirements
- 0-1 years of direct experience executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns in-house or at an agency
- Proficient level understanding of Excel
- Strong analytical and critical problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze large sets of data into actionable insights
- Basic understanding of media metrics and hitting KPIs
- Excellent project management skills
- Should understand and enjoy working with data
