Scratchpad is the pioneer and leader of the workspace for revenue teams. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about acquiring new users from new accounts through digital marketing channels.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, your objective is to help us grow through the acquisition of users with absolute focus on new accounts. Scratchpad is stacked with an incredible base of loyal end users (fanatics?) but we aren’t satisfied until every salesperson on earth uses Scratchpad as the default point of interaction for updating Salesforce. This is your mission!
You’ll join our rapidly growing marketing team and report directly to the VP of Marketing.     • Lead Scratchpad’s performance and digital marketing efforts, focused on new account acquisition through owned, earned, and paid channels
    • Partner with product marketing to bring use cases and story telling through campaigns and utilizing channels such as email, and social to drive Scratchpad brand awareness and acquire new users from new accounts
    • Build our paid marketing strategy and capabilities from the ground up, ensuring we have the right tooling, tracking, and setup in place for anything from experimentation and testing to optimizing high-performance campaigns
    • Optimize our martech stack in close collaboration with Leadership, Engineering, and the broader GTM teams
    • Partner with contractors for audience development and SEO experts to identify opportunities for amplifying existing demand gen efforts, and better convert organic growth and word of mouth (WOM) audiences
    • Take a customer-first approach to all growth efforts, championing user benefit, satisfaction, and trust overgrowth hacking
    • Deeply understand our unique self-serve customer journey and build deep empathy with our user base and customers
    • Track and report on funnel metrics, including but not limited to free trials, self-serve sign-ups, and conversions to paid subscriptions
    • Work closely with Product Marketing to craft creation messages for various persona types and across marketing channels
    • Push creative ideas for content and new ways to market to customers that are outside the traditional bounds of B2B marketing


    • Experience: You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS, Consumer, or eCommerce marketing with an emphasis on Growth Marketing and Conversion Optimization
    • Empathy: You step into the customer’s shoes and show you care. You ask relevant and meaningful questions to gain an accurate understanding of our users and their goals
    • Goal-Oriented: You have a track record of success in growing audiences, users, and revenue in either a B2B SaaS, product-led growth organization, eCommerce, or direct to consumer business.
    • Creative: You buck traditional thinking and are not afraid to blaze new trails. You are as passionate about creativity as you are about data.
    • Experimentation: You are fearless and maniacal about experimentation and acutely focused on performance marketing through a diverse set of channels including email, social, in-app, mobile, offline marketing, and events
    • Data-driven: You have a voracious appetite for data and never feel satisfied with status quo
    • Speedy: You have a bias for speed and are able to process data insights while still being nimble and able to iterate on creative ideas at the speed of thought.
    • Communication: You actively listen, clearly express yourself verbally and in writing. You have a natural ability to explain things in a simple, relatable way.
    • Teacher: You love sharing insight and knowledge. You are patient and thoughtful when you educate.
    • Resourceful: You’re a problem solver adept at listening, understanding context and suggesting ideal solutions with minimal direction.
    • Delight: You enjoy helping people find solutions to their problems. Your natural friendliness will allow prospects to feel supported throughout their buying journey.
