What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
We are looking to hire a Head of Client Experience to join the Contra team. This will be our first hire in this role so we are looking for someone who can partner with the founding team to drive our client experience and support the needs of our amazing team at Contra. You will be responsible for maintaining support and communication on the client side while ensuring our internal team has a clear understanding of issues that may arise as well as a clear path to problem solve.
How you’ll add value at Contra

- Improve and develop the overall client experience by identifying key needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing and developing analytics around client satisfaction and behavior.
- Communicate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting client feedback on overall experience, product features, and launches.
- Managing client inquiries and triaging support to appropriate channels.
- Managing a team of client experience advocates
You’ll be successful here if you
-
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role at a fast growing tech startup (must have marketplace experience, bonus for remote experience)
- Have strong relationship building and communication skills across all teams and external stakeholders
- Thrive in a remote-first environment
- Are fluent in verbal and written English
