ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide is looking for an experienced engineering leader with a passion for enterprise systems, complex data integrations, and optimizing internal business processes – especially processes for sales, human resources and financial operations.  This role will lead diverse teams to manage and optimize systems used across the entire global organization.  The person must have a strong understanding of 3rd party sales and financial systems, a passion for improving internal business processes at a global scale, and love to work within a collaborative team environment that includes colleagues in many locations around the world. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple teams focused on supporting our global sales organization, financial processes and HRIS systems.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with internal business partners.
  • Plan the team’s quarterly OKRs and provide support and guidance to successfully reach goals.
  • ​​Set the enterprise vision and strategy to enable our multi-billion-dollar company help millions of couples celebrate their humanity.
  • Actively work with departmental leaders to understand where internal processes can be improved and lead teams to improve those processes effectively at a global scale.
  • Vet and manage external consultants when projects require additional capacity or expertise.
  • Manage the overall Enterprise budget for software and consulting expenses.

SUCCESSFUL VP, ENTERPRISE CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 10+ years overall experience, with a proven track record implementing and optimizing sales, financial, and HRIS systems across a global organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work culture with teammates located in-office or remote, across multiple locations in the US and abroad.
  • Experience implementing a global HRIS system;  familiarity with Oracle Fusion a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ with proven experience deploying a global solution that scales internationally.
  • Experience managing an ERP that supports multiple business lines and countries; familiarity with Netsuite a plus.
  • Has led organizations through successful SOC compliance efforts including oversight of audit reviews.
  • In-depth experience working in an Agile environment and creating proactive partnerships with business counterparts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
