Role Value Proposition:
This job will support Human Resources Information Systems initiatives within the Oracle Human Capital Management System, Success Factors HCM and Robotic Process Automation. Increase the use of automation throughout HR Shared
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts using VBA and RPA applications.
- Under minimal supervision oversees small to medium sized HRIS projects
- Proposes, develops, tests, implements, and evaluates modifications to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Develops reports and dashboards using Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and SAP Success Factors reporting tools
- May coordinate and provide user training.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven, focused, innovative, and motivated
- Various levels of customer / client support experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM family of products preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Able to participate in high performing virtual teams in a global environment
- Manage projects within timeframes and budgets established
Required:
- Proficient in procedural based programming (Visual Basic, SQL)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access)
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of RPA programming techniques, preferably in Blue Prism
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and 2-4 yrs. of related work experience
- Manage projects within timeframes and budgets established

Ability to travel 5 – 15% of time

The wage range for this position specific to Colorado is $71,700.00 – $95,600.00. The role is eligible for incentive compensation under the sales incentive plan for your position. Your eligibility for and award of incentives are governed by the terms of the plan.
