Overview
The HRBP supports the delivery of all Human Resources services and strategies within the assigned business unit(s). This role supports and coaches managers in fostering a thriving team environment, driving talent management initiatives, helping build management and leadership capabilities, and engaging in organization and change initiatives in areas including talent management, compensation, learning and development, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, support Company culture and increase productivity and retention.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, processes, policies, and initiatives to support the growth of the business.
- Provide day-to-day HR support, direction and coaching for the entire employee life cycle.
- Assess organizational development needs and provide partnership to support in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and change management.
- Coach and provide direction to managers to enhance employee performance, goal setting, accountability, skill development, team building, communication, recruitment and retention, etc.
- Remain aware of potential staff issues, concerns or complaints and potentially conduct an assessment or investigation as required.
- Support the efficient and effective delivery of employee onboarding and offboarding tasks for the assigned business unit(s).
- Identify training needs and develop training content for business units alongside the Learning and Development team to initiate training and skills development.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in a related discipline (HR, business administration) combined with a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR work experience in a generalist or HR management capacity.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, and organize tasks.
- Proven ability and interest to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing and multiple priorities.
- Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem-solving solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, sensitivity/discretion, confidentiality and implementing new ways of working.
- Ability to stimulate and motivate others while remaining responsive to their needs and concerns.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment of growth and change.
- Prior skills, knowledge and experience related to compensation and benefits, Diversity, equity and inclusion, Learning and Development or HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
