We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team which can be based across any of our EMEA offices (Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Ghent, Paris) You will evaluate new projects to improve processes and drive efficiency in our Go To Market system and Operations

What you’ll be doing:
- Evaluate new projects to improve processes and drive efficiency in GTM System and Operations.
- Creating process improvements to enable more efficient GTM cycles
- Integration of system and processes following M&A.
- Ensure that new business processes and systems are technically feasible.
- Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems
- Design reports, dashboards, and analysis for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Represent GTM System and process in global go to market projects
- Participate in indifferent projects as requested by management.
- Creation of materials to support GTM team enablement.
We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- English working proficiency
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent working exeprience
- A very good Understanding of Salesforce flows
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to think out the box and come with creative solutions to fill the gaps in our systems
- High attention to detail, effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexible, being able to collaborate with teams in different regions.
Even better if you have, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of more languages such as French, German or Dutch.
- Collaborative with the ability to work with other members of the team such as product and software developers or business leaders to drive consistency in decision making frameworks, tools and assets.
- Good communicator that translates results into easily digestible messages for management.
- Experience working with CRM systems
