About the Role:

A library administrator maintains and manages content in CrowdStrike’s global digital asset management (DAM) solution. They lead in areas of marketing global processes and procedures, communications, taxonomy and folder management, training, and user support. Responsible for classifying, tagging, file naming, and accurate storing of all inbound content. Running regular health checks of stored assets to ensure the DAM is maintained and user friendly. Ensuring the DAM is maintained and managed effectively.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Check uploads; ensuring tagging, classification, and file names are complete and correct.
  • Regularly monitor the DAM to identify areas of concern and interface with IT where errors occur.
  • Reviewing content expiration dates to ensure content is compliant.
  • Maintain a content lifecycle calendar to identify aging content.
  • Interface with marketing channels and content owners about aging content.
  • Archiving of aged content.
  • Review new login requests.
  • Review and delete inactive users.
  • Review and report on activity to understand who’s uploading/downloading what.
  • Work with various teams on adoption of processes, classifications, and communicating and helping with the team’s understanding of business purpose.
  • Servicing users who are using the DAM and need assistance finding materials.
  • Leverage analytics tools to see how the system is performing. Create reports to communicate the DAM system’s performance and user engagement.
  • Review standards and store them in the DAM system as a resource for users. Include information on filenames, taxonomy, metadata tagging, expiration dates, etc.
  • Review governance policies to ensure consistency.
  • Interface with content strategy and contribute to content planning.

 

This role will require someone with vision to align the DAM’s process and procedures with content objectives and needs of the business. It requires creativity and forward thinking to problem solve, and It requires strong relationship management skills to ensure all stakeholders and dependencies are addressed.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience operating a Digital Asset Management solution within a marketing setting, agency, or marcom corporate environment
  • 2-3 years of experience using Adobe Assets or other DAM
  • Experience and understanding of creating reports and understanding goals of different business units
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other relevant work experience
  • Experience with content management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $85,000 – $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
