We are looking for a customer and people advocate who is focused on outcomes, measurements and expectations. Our Enterprise Customer Success team has a residential installation-focused customers book of business with strong potential to grow, and you will help drive proactive customer engagement using data and creativity. You will be accountable for directing and developing a growing team to increase net revenue retention, along with other KPI. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success.

What you’ll do:

    • Lead the growth and development of the Enterprise Customer Success team, managing through metrics and alignment to company objectives
    • Establish OKRs and KPIs that show progress toward company goals
    • Develop excellent cross-functional relationships with management peers and executive team
    • Become an expert in the solar industry and Aurora’s vision for it
    • Be a reliable advisor for leveraging the voice of our customers
    • Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and referenceability

What we value:

    • At least 3 years of experience managing customer success teams in a SaaS environment, ideally an Enterprise-level book of business
    • Passion for SaaS offerings and delivering value to our customers
    • A growth mentality with a desire to help others achieve their goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Passion for sustainability, climate tech, renewable energy and people
