Position Summary:

The Manager of Partner Enablement oversees and manages a team of Partner Enablement Representatives tasked with exceeding our partners expectations on quotes, deal registrations, high-level sales support, and order submission for telecommunications services. They focus on performance development, adherence to Pax8 values, and process improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Partner Enablement Representatives to ensure SLAs are being met and the quote process is being followed
  • Promote and enforce Pax8 values and perform regular performance reviews of team designed to develop individual talents and career growth
  • Manage partner escalations and serve as the tier 2 point of contact for team
  • Build and maintain relationships with interdepartmental stakeholders (CAMs, RSMs, NCSCs, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Provide high-level sales support by acting as a liaison between partners and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to maintain updated information on products, promotions, and vendor-specific processes
  • Report to upper management to discuss department productivity, goals, quoting statistics, and order installs for the month to make strategic decisions regarding future targets
  • Undertake special projects as assigned

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least two (2) years of experience managing people
  • Previous experience in the telco / master agent channel
  • Experience working across the Microsoft platform
  • Demonstrated ability to develop others to help meet career goals and organization objectives
  • Ability to effectively drive teams to accomplish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Ability to motivate others to action by driving vision and purpose
  • Ability to be honest and authentic, and live and work with integrity and authenticity
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of owning difficult situations all the way through to completion
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
  • Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Ability to handle conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise
  • Ability knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $83,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
