What you will do:
You will support the implementation and execution of the strategy for data conversion, which includes Master Data and transactional data. This will include the development and implementation of conversion standard processes to optimize the full data conversion landscape in support of Stryker’s global SAP implementation. You will be responsible for supporting the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables in the data conversion domain. You will be responsible for engaging with Stryker Data Business process owners, functions, divisions, and geographies.
Additionally, you will execute the process strategy established for all landscape data objects to enable the Global ERP Program and responsible for the Project Management, completeness and accuracy tracking for all in scope data objects. You will support all project activities for Data object conversion, including Project management, data cleansing, and data migration, and will work with functional leads to support overall process from end to end for data conversion.
- Coordinate with Stryker Business Process owners, Business Partner Implementation Leads, and IT Business partners for each data object in key Data conversion activities and work with them to execute the standard data conversion playbook in support of successful data conversion for the SAP Global program.
- Support process training for local data readiness network resources for data objects in their process area. Ensure understanding of data conversion process in their process area and ensure completeness and accuracy of master data and transactional data. Support local data resources. BPO’s, BPIL’s, and ITBP’s during data load processes to ensure they are updated on data conversion playbook.
- Work with BPEs and program PMs to refine the release specific reporting requirements and project alignment. Harmonize across releases.
- Work with the Data object teams to educate and support the data conversion process to achieve the expected outcomes.
- Participate in data scoping activities for new program releases, data cleansing, mock data loads, cutover planning, and Data go live.
- Enforce adherence to the business Data conversion roadmap and assist in data conversion templates during the deployment phase.
- Support the implementation of the Data conversion roadmap across key end-to-end business processes across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Forecast-to-Supply (FTS & RAQA), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) workstreams
- Support the development, implementation, and utilization of Master data and Transactional data quality measures and practices.
- Partner and collaborate with Business Process Owners, Business Process Implementation Leads, and ecosystem owners to ensure Data standards align across processes and within the Program Roadmap
- Drive harmonized best practice processes across all divisions and geographies, allowing minor variations (as necessary).
- Responsible for the support of timely completion of project activities within their project track, create and support team deliverables
- Contribute to establishing best practices and templates for Enterprise ERP Data conversion.
- Support Enterprise ERP Data conversion strategy, Key activity reporting, quality measures, and practices
- Support Enterprise ERP Data conversion strategy, management measures, and practices
- Identify Enterprise ERP Data object Stewards within each function and system to Drive adoption of to-be Enterprise ERP data conversion models to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the program and business
- Acts as a change agent for Stryker’s ERP Data conversion playbook
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences, Information Technology, Finance, Sales and distribution or related fields
- 8+ years of work experience in relevant field with 4+ years’ experience in ERP Data conversion management role.
- Demonstrated functional understanding of key SAP processes (OTC, PTP, FTS and RTR) and the interrelationships, impacts and usage of master data within the suite of applications.
- Data expertise related to the Master data and/or transactional data in medical device industry or pharmaceutical is preferred
- Prior experience on an ERP, major business-system, or large-scale transformational projects or programs, preferably with strong foundation in SAP S/4 Hana and supporting modules.
- Knowledge of master data governance and data management principles and concepts. Well versed in data governance best practices.
- Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement global data standards and global technical/process solutions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skillsets combined with Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills including Microsoft project.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- $93,200– $199,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
