We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Leader to join our Marketing team! This person will support the end-to-end coordination of marketing processes across the Newsroom & Content Team that manages PR, our blog, organic social and general communication strategies. They will help the Newsroom & Content Team run efficiently and meet deadlines. In addition, they will identify opportunities to increase efficiency and broaden communications.
We are looking for someone with an interest in PR, content and communications as well as project management. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can balance the need for proficiency and timeliness and who will work well with our team of designers and writers.
This is a 100% remote role that can be in any U.S. state
Responsibilities Include:
- Be the single point of contact for the Newsroom & Content Team and ensure all projects and tasks are executed on time and with pristine quality
- Own weekly meetings with Newsroom & Content Team members to align on weekly goals and tasks
- Project manage creation of ads, blog, content and creative materials for Newsroom & Content Team channels and liaise with Creative Team to help answer questions and remove roadblock Ensure materials are reviewed and approved by Compliance and Legal
- Be detail oriented with the ability to think strategically when managing projects and campaigns
- Help track press mentions as needed
- Facilitate billing and new vendor set ups
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO’s) for the Marketing Team and delivery of vendor payments
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Marketing Team for ongoing projects and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in project or program management roles; former professional services or client relationship management experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines
- Ability to gather & synthesize relevant facts to facilitate decision making processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships across stakeholder groups
- Attention to detail, ability to get up to speed quickly across subject matter domains
- Work as a team player to achieve a shared goal and possess the ability to incorporate and communicate the team’s feedback
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, and project planning tools
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the financial services / technology industry / banking / financial advisory
- Strong interest in marketing content, PR and communications
- Proficiency with Monday.com

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
