What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The Position

We’re working with brands/agencies to bring brand advertisers on Unsplash. Early brand partners include Microsoft, Dell, Tyson, Google, Square, Boxed Water, Timberland, and Harley-Davidson. https://unsplash.com/brands

Our aim is to drive revenue from native advertising through a scalable system. We’ve successfully launched partnerships across multiple verticals: Technology, Travel, Food & Beverage, Fashion & Apparel, Furniture, Beauty, Auto, Health, and CPG. Unsplash performs 3-5x better on brand lift compared to TV and digital sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle native advertising sales from initial outreach to a signed contract
  • Contact and discuss with brands and media agencies
  • Create decks, models to help close a sale
  • Consider optimal outreach, presentation, and closing strategies
  • Ongoing communication with existing and potential native advertising partners

  • Ad sales experience (brand advertising or digital advertising)
