About NEAR and the NEAR Collective

NEAR’s mission is to enable community-driven innovation to benefit people around the world. Some hubs are located in Switzerland, Germany, Russia, the US and China. NEAR Wallet用户支持专员

岗位职责：

• 协调产品技术，解决用户反馈问题，提供有针对性的支持
• 长期维护、跟踪用户需求，并向产品技术反馈用户需求报表
• 通过文章教程、视频教程等方式进行用户教育

任职要求：

• 至少一年相关的工作经验
• 善于与用户沟通，有责任心、有耐心帮助用户，有相关工作经验优先
• 对区块链生态 & 数字钱包有一定了解，对区块链行业有足够的的热情和认可
• 有较强的学习能力，自我驱动能力
• 优秀的英文能力
• 工作地点：上海或远程
