Vacancy: Site Project Management

Activities:

-Coordinate follow-up meetings for assigned projects 

-Manage and report the monitoring of the project according to what is established with the project stakeholders.

-Audit the management of information and documentation of the projects.

-Ensure the quality of the works of the assigned projects.

– Support the planning of projects, managing their communication to all areas involved. 

-Design of project management with the assigned strategic allies.

Requirements:

-Architecture, Civil Engineering or related 

-Fluent English.

-2 to 3 years of experience in project management and coordination.

-Identify key processes in operations.

-Design of processes and flow charts.

-Notions of accounting and finance.

-Office parcel.

-Advanced Excel.

-Management of Office, Autocad.
