What we value:
Results – We measure success by impact and outcomes, not output. In addition to being results-driven you take full ownership and accountability for your work and add value above and beyond assigned tasks.
Growth Mindset: You’re curious and love learning. You constantly seek new information and experiences. You strive for continuous improvement both personally and professionally. You have a deep desire to understand the inner workings of our business, our customers, the industry we operate in and the world around us. You live by the belief that learning never stops.
Speed – Fast doesn’t just win the race, it gets a head start on the next one. You have a bias for action and a get sh*t done attitude. You execute with a sense of urgency, are decisive and thoughtful.
Efficiency: Those most successful in our organization have a highly process oriented mindset and are adept at creating scalable processes that enable efficiency. You work smarter, not harder.
Confidence: You think big, outside the box, and aren’t afraid to take risks or fail. You regularly stretch yourself outside your comfort zone, and are comfortable being uncomfortable. You have conviction in your ideas and recommendations, and always have a clear rationale for “the why.”
