What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
Airtable is growing and investing in supporting a Partner Ecosystem to extend our reach and capability to better serve our customers. Initially we are focusing on expanding our professional services capacity through Partners. The newly formed Partner Organization will establish programs, benefits and strategy to fuel the partner ecosystem, and now we are looking for a Partner and Services Operations lead who will work closely with the Partner Organization to bring these programs to life.
This is an opportunity to come in at the very early stages of building out the Partner Program Operations function. As the initial focus for the Partner organization is focused on Services, this role will also need to provide operations support to the Airtable Services Org that will coexist with our partners to support their efforts with our customers.

You will have the ability to influence the design and implementation – and will partner across systems and other ops teams within RevOps to establish the best way to ensure we manage, support and measure the impact of the partner organization.
- Drive the development of the Business Requirements Doc (BRD) across business and systems stakeholders – translating the business needs/ objectives into systems and processes requirements.
- Manage the day to day operations on the Partner Programs: develop dashboards/reports to evaluate program performance, ensure partner requirements are being met, and partner with business and finance teams to ensure any benefit payments (i.e, referral fees, etc) for qualified deals are processed
- When we establish a deal reg program: partner with Deal Desk to define the sales support process for partners for quoting, orders and complex deals, and support the deal registration process – assisting partners and AE's on questions regarding any submissions
- Support Internal Services team with reporting and dashboards on utilization of service cards, and performance of service offerings.
Who you are
- You have 6+ years prior experience in partner operations, sales operations, or related experience
- You are analytical, a critical thinker and problem solver with ability to think through process improvements and understand downstream implications
