Overview

Having recently secured a significant round of capital to scale the company, along with reference accounts in a growing number of countries, Inrupt is seeking a Partnerships Lead. Responsible for engaging and building partnerships with systems integrators and technology vendors. The goal of the role is to enable partners to understand and realize the potential of Solid for their customers and businesses.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Business Development, this person will play a crucial role in establishing cornerstone partnerships globally.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new partners
  • Convey the vision and implications of Solid to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to develop industry solutions
  • Position Inrupt’s solutions for partners and their customers
  • Develop an indirect sales opportunity pipeline
  • Coordinate activities with the wider go-to-market team
  • Negotiate partnerships and navigate complex negotiations
  • Develop, implement and manage partner programs
  • Become a subject matter expert on Solid & remain up-to-date on industry news

  • You have a demonstrated ability to build successful and fruitful partnerships
  • You have a proven track record of overachievement
  • You have a strong industry network of system integrator partners
  • You have the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group discussions and presentations
  • You are a team player and are comfortable working with a distributed team
  • You have innate leadership traits to help guide a team to success
  • You are a strong partnership builder, able to understand needs and build trust
  • You have the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • You have first class problem solving skills and apply them in a nimble fashion
  • You are familiar with on-premise & cloud native solutions, data management technologies and application development / systems integration projects
