As a Platform Product Manager-Technical, you will implement and manage product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and manage product projects and product strategies.
  • Understand customer workflows, structures and roles to identify new opportunities and critical user or persona needs to develop precise product requirements.
  • Define product objectives, metrics, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Partner with user research, design, architecture, and engineering to rapidly iterate and take solutions from design concepts through prototyping to product launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and future growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead pre-release programs for new features and services, ensuring their success in the market.
  • Conduct product research and analysis using quantitative (e.g., telemetry) and qualitative data (e.g., surveys or other feedback channels).
  • Develop product documentation, customer demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prioritize and manage expectations for user/customer experience, performance, and operational support load.
  • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt, and providing maintenance and support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in technical product or program management, having successfully brought products to market and scaling them up to meet business needs.
  • Completed post-secondary education in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, or Mathematics or a level of experience that reflects or represents education.
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise software product delivery, electronic information exchange, transformation, and migration, preferably with previous experience in the healthcare industry, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning is an asset.
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, a plus.
  • Familiar with the FHIR standard, the SMART framework and RESTful web services are strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with one or more of the following: Java, Javascript, JSON, XML, OIDC, SAML, SQL, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Git/GitHub/GitLab, API design, platform architecture, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills, self-directed.
