Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Tiger Global, F-Prime, Sequoia, SV Angel, and YCombinator. We’re a small team taking on the extensive mortgage market. We’re bringing a scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.
As a Product Manager you will be an integral part of our product team, working to build the technology that transitions the real estate industry from an archaic, paper-based workflow to a fully digitized eClose experience. Our product teams discover and deliver experiences that our customers love and value. We develop a deep understanding of customer pain-points to build solutions that not only meet their needs but also bring added transparency and connectivity to the Real Estate ecosystem as a whole. You will own and develop the vision and roadmap for one of our high-visibility products while keeping key stakeholders informed on progress towards key goals and release timelines and driving high impact across the organization.
We are looking for a curious and talented IC Product Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience working on multi-faceted products. We need someone who can take a high level business or product objective and build out a compelling roadmap and high quality solutions that make a meaningful difference in our users lives. You have a reputation for being a high performing, creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and a track record for delivering high quality and timely results. Empathy and curiosity are among your north star values paired with the knowledge of how to gather and synthesize customer needs. Ideally you have a strong technical background with significant hands-on experience building technology products. Lastly, you have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, communicate the vision and motivate people at every level.
Colorado applicants: This role pays $70,000-$110,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
