Vehlo is a high-growth, high-performance environment B2B SaaS company that operates 11 brands in the automotive repair space. Our customers are auto repair and collision locations as well as new and used car dealerships, where we provide management systems, payment services, communications tools, scheduling modules as well as accounting and finance packages.
We are searching for an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with our portfolio company CEOs and other product leaders, division EVPs and the marketing team, the responsibilities for this role include:
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate roadmap updates across our entire portfolio and maintain a central, regularly published roadmap.
- Prep and Facilitate Monthly Divisional Product & Marketing Sync and Quarterly Planning Meetings by working across teams to identify and resolve GTM coordination issues and surface opportunities to increase the market impact of our product launches
- Maintain a central repository of product knowledge (strategy, goals, initiatives, roadmaps, integrations, partners, etc) in a centralized portfolio planning platform
- Facilitate New Initiative Evaluations with the Leadership Team by helping champions of the new initiatives prep and pitch.
- 5+ years experience working with/in agile development teams that use a disciplined discovery process in a product management, project management, or scrum master capacity
- 3+ years relevant experience taking B2B SaaS products to market
- Working with product and marketing to create integrated go-to-market plans
- Working with sales and with customer service on execution
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to share examples of creating efficient and structured product planning approaches while using maturity and EQ to flex so teams can succeed
- Able to configure and operate product planning and development planning tools such as Aha!, Jira, Trello, etc.
- Able to share examples of organizing and transforming data to support strategy and planning efforts
- History of influencing reluctant stakeholders
