What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Must Have skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in automated testing and automated UI testing
  • Has some Java and Javascript programming experience
  • Experience in performance testing and related tools, such as Load Runner and JMeter
  • Proven ‘quick learner’ to solve complex testing problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B2 English Level

Nice to Have skills:

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management (Agile/SCRUM methodology) a plus
  • Knowledge of Unix commands, Tomcat web server
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and/or GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  • Ability to setup a testing environment
  • Working experience with bug tracking tools, such as Rally, JIRA
  • TeamCity knowledge is a plus .
