The Role:
Renewal managers are part of our Global Customer Success and Renewals organization. The role includes owning the renewals process end-to-end, as well as collaboration with other Account team roles to proactively drive successful outcomes for customers throughout their journey, with a great Customer Experience
Responsibilities:
- Relationships, Renewals and Revenue
- Manage the full renewal cycle of customer agreements, creating, forecasting, negotiating and finalizing on-time contracts
- Collaborate with Major Account Executives to connect with customers proactively throughout their journey, and with CS Outcome Managers for our largest customers
- Proactively flag, and act to mitigate, renewal and/or outcome risks
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Major Account Execs to close upsell and cross-sell
- Build long-lasting and successful customer,partner and internal relationships
- Work collaboratively across functions, with Sales, Legal, Support, Services and Product
Platforms and Process
- Manage Salesforce.com records and forecasting to your manager
- Use, and feedback on, a Customer Success Platform
- Work collaboratively across functions, with Sales, Legal, Support, Services and Product
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success record of customer relationship building
- A 3+year performing in account management or renewals role
- Ability to work effectively towards a deadline, and quota
- Enterprise software/SaaS background preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Occasional travel may be necessary
