Responsibilities
- Project management on our research studies, including our $1.6M SBIR Phase 2 study on alcohol use disorder with Vermont Medicaid ( https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/vt-medicaid-gets-creative-on-addiction-during-covid-19-301108477.html )
- Manages day-to-day communications and documentation needs for the DynamiCare’s own research studies and direct scientific collaborations. Drafts or helps draft technical documents with guidance from the Chief Medical Officer, including proposals, summaries, white papers, abstracts, posters, and scientific manuscripts.
- Responds to vendor inquiries from researchers and evaluators & facilitates their adoption of the DynamiCare platform for their research. Provides research grant proposal draft template materials.
- Manages Human Subjects Institutional Review Board (IRB) communications & filings.
- Tracks all research activities, customers, milestones, presentations, publications. Manages the company files and keeps an up-to-date database repository of these activities.
- Manages the company’s bibliographic reference database & searches for & obtains scientific papers.
- Assembles, organizes, cleans, analyzes, & describes data. Assists the company’s consulting & collaborating statisticians.
Requirements
- Experience with clinical research
- 3+ years of work experience
- Passion for addiction treatment
- MS degree preferred
- Strong organizational, facilitation, oral presentation, and scientific writing skills
- Facile with broad range of standard computer business applications and smartphone apps
- Skilled with database, bibliographic reference searching and management, and some statistical software
Remote, full-time, anywhere in US, although Massachusetts is preferred.
