The Resource Management Office is part of our global Professional Services department and is responsible for scheduling project management, technical, and consulting resources, setting project governance guidelines and ensuring they are met, and providing capacity and utilization reporting for the entire department.
As Resource Coordinator this will be an entry level role where you will be a part of a team that provides services for the global business.
Responsibilities include:
Working with Project Managers to book and plan for resourcing needs based on project requirements
Collaborating with the project management team to utilize resource availability and providing information about resourcing constraints and escalations
Forecasting potential services work to support demand planning
Attending daily standups with the technical teams
Reviewing and approving new and updated project plans to provide resourcing bookings for project deliverables, processing newly signed agreements and allocating work to the appropriate team(s)Monitoring project and user data at the task and project level, to ensure our systems data is clean
Participating in continuously improving processes both internally to the RMO team and externally
Maintaining clear process documentation to educate internal stakeholders and set clear expectations
Running a variety of reports for different areas of the business

You are flexible and able to adapt to change with an aptitude for detail
You demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to take independent action
Skills required:
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage own time and workload well
PC literate – experience with Excel preferred though not essential
