About the role

Chronosphere’s Enablement team is laying the foundation to enable rapid growth for our field organization. We know that a strong operational backbone is critical to our success and are investing to build a best-in-class team.

With that growth, we are looking for a GTM Strategy & Analytics Lead responsible for identifying and developing the insights we need to a) understand business performance and b) build data-based plans for future growth. A successful candidate has strong experience building from the ground-up and is comfortable identifying foundational KPIs, designing visualizations, driving data adoption, and engaging with senior leadership.

Our team supports all of the go-to-market functions including Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, so we are looking for someone who thinks for scale to design solutions that meet the needs of multiple audiences.

You will

  • Identify and implement a cascading set of KPIs in each GTM function
  • Determine and lead our performance measurement cadences with leadership across the GTM organization
  • Design a data visualization approach and select/implement the right BI tooling to bring it to life
  • Lead our 1, 3 and 5 year growth planning for GTM
  • Manage forecast analytics, partnering closely with our Head of Sales

You have

  • 5+ years experience in Strategy & Analytics role in a complex SaaS business
  • Exceptional data fluency
  • Strong communication skills to present and convey complex data in a way that is easy to understand
  • Working knowledge of BI tooling and data strategy
  • Comfort working as a self-starter, defining processes and strategy from scratch

The team

Reporting to Ali Jones, Head of Revenue Operations.

Ali believes that one of the hallmarks of a high-performance RevOps team is thinking like a Product Manager where we deeply understand our end customer, the Sales organization, and design practical, easy-to-consume solutions to meet their needs. Before joining Chronosphere, Ali spent 5 years at MuleSoft serving multiple positions within enablement and ultimately founding & leading the Theater Enablement & Global Programs organizations. She started her career in Management Consulting at Deloitte and Sales at SiriusDecisions (now Forrester Research), and believes she’s found the perfect combination of those two disciplines as a Sales Strategy, Enablement & Operations leader. Ali recently relocated from London to New York and enjoys cooking for friends and cycling when she’s outside of work.
