Doximity is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) through proactive data monitoring and reporting. As a key member of the Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Client Success Managers to ensure all data is accurate on the opportunities and deliverables. This role will also work closely with the Finance Revenue team to address any discrepancies with the data and its relation to revenue forecasting and recognition.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure CRM data is in line with contracts.
  • Attend weekly calls with Finance to address any issues with expected launch dates for deliverables and the potential revenue impact.
  • Regular monitoring of opportunities, terms and deliverables in coordination with Sales and CSM teams. This includes new contracts, upsells and amendments.
  • Maintenance of dashboard and reports within Salesforce as they relate to the accuracy and tracking of key data points.
  • Assistance with Salesforce pipeline and ad hoc reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Experience with pipeline reporting a plus
