Do you have multiple years of sales experience but feel you want to develop yourself more toward Operations, then this is the job for you!

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales Operations and be responsible for CRM Management, sales reporting, sales communications, and sales process efficiencies. You will undertake various projects to ensure the smooth and effective flow of sales.

The ultimate goal of the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Sales Operations manager drives scale in the global sales organization through process improvement, dashboarding, sales tools administration support, reporting, and analytics.

What is in your scope:

  • Manage and optimize sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Evaluate and optimize the sales pipeline with Marketing & Sales
  • You are in the lead when it comes to the sales playbook, also, you have to make the first version 🙂
  • Train and onboard new hires in the sales process
  • Manage training and monitor the adoption of new sales tools
  • Always on the lookout for new sales tools to support the sales team

Job requirements

What is needed?

  • Demonstrable experience in Sales Operations
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Previous experience of Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Good understanding and knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word – Intermediate or Advanced Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English. The ability to compose clear and effective communications.
  • Good attention to detail

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ Years in a sales or sales operation role
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven recommendations through data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management skills and can drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication and presentation skill
