We’re an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.

Snapdocs’ Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead our customer advocacy program to showcase our customer success across all channels. You will work directly with customer advocates to share their stories through events and digital assets including case studies, videos, press releases, and blogs. You will support key strategic accounts by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, excitement, and adoption of Snapdocs.

In this role, you will develop the strategy and roadmap for the customer advocacy program, establish deliverables and timelines for new assets and customer engagements. This includes building strong relationships with customers to delight and engage them, increasing renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities. You will also produce a portfolio of assets (case studies, press releases, customer quotes) to amplify our customer voice about the benefits of our solution. In this effort, you will manage program execution against committed timelines; set appropriate success KPIs and track measurements to determine impact and ROI. This role is highly collaborative and will require you to work with internal teams (customer success, marketing, sales, product) to drive planning, execution, and results across all customer advocacy programs.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience at fast growing, B2B SaaS technology companies. You have previous experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that showcase value and drive customer engagement and advocacy. You are a passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical concepts to turn them into compelling content.  You utilize strong communication skills to develop long-term business relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Lastly, you are a strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience.

Colorado applicants: This role pays $120,000 – $140,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
