AI is the future of enterprise software, and we need a strong product leader to help us make that future a reality.
At the core of Salesforce’s AI capabilities is the Einstein Platform. This is the underlying platform that our data scientists and engineers rely on to make the magic happen. It provides everything required to explore data, train models across a variety of classes of AI, and serve them at massive scale, with trust built it.
We’re looking for a strong Senior Director to run one of the core Einstein Platform teams and help drive the vision and execution. This person will need to be a evangelist for the platform, partner closely with engineering and product leadership across a variety of functions (eg know how to help their team manage dependencies, align roadmaps where there are many customers, communicate needs), manage internal and external customers, and collaborate with internal partner teams to co-deliver. They will also be a champion for how Salesforce customers can benefit most from AI, and navigate where customers (both internal and external) have different levels of AI fluency.
The right candidate will have experience with and passion for AI and building awesome products at massive scale.
