Position Summary:
Tilled is looking for a Senior Director, Operations who will drive and deliver a best-in-class experience across customer implementation, partner development, and customer support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operations as well as experienced with product commercialization to deliver a completed end to end process. Here is what you can expect:
- Overall responsibility for oversight and management of support processes customer implementation, merchant support and partner success.
- Experience working cross functionally; providing organizational input to drive product feature and functionality launches
- Develop and implement a strong customer centered culture
- Work tactically, understanding the organizational or customer challenges and provide direction on resolution
- Provide infrastructure improvements based on customer feedback, recommending ongoing maintenance and improvements system customer’s experience
- Create and deliver metrics with supporting data analytics across operations organization.
- Remote work. You will also spend about 10% of your time traveling to Boulder, Colorado to meet with the team as needed. You must sit in a US-time zone. We are not sponsoring visas for this role.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of experience in both strategic and tactical operations, in companies with high growth
- Extensive understanding and experience in the payments industry; Integrated payments experience a plus
- Proven experience on going direction and developing support teams
- Adaptability to change of systems, processes, and product as company scales.
- Ability to effectively articulate processes both internally and externally
- Strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
