Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE’s HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.

Short Description

  • Collaborate with Senior HR Leaders to identify key business challenges leveraging data
  • Managing the delivery of Data Analytics Projects, enhancements and Reporting Solutions
  • Interpreting, understanding and presenting analytics and insights to HR & Business Teams
  • Manage Technical team members across geographies, globally
  • Enable Continuous improvement for BI & Analytics solutions and landscape to industry standards across People Analytics maturity, synthesize findings and communicate key themes from discovery and engagements
  • Collaborate with peer organizations to leverage best of the breed HCM Applications, Enterprise Platforms, approaches and tools to design, build, test and deploy dashboards, visualizations and predictive models

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or Computer Science or Engineering
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in HCM Applications, People Analytics Strategies and Solutions
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and BI (e.g., Tableau, SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Looker, PowerBI, Alteryx or equivalent tools)
  • 8+ Years of experience managing or working knowledge of ETL tools such as TIBCO, Web Methods or Dell Boomi/ MuleSoft etc.
  • 5+ Years of experience managing large data projects and visualization
  • Ability to Travel: 20 – 30%
